Fall / Winter Weddings Package

This package can be used in either the Fall or Winter seasons, and for weddings of up to forty people.

For the colder months of the year when an outdoor wedding is not an option, we can provide a cozy and intimate setting within the Sitting and Music rooms of the Inn. You are given complete use of the downstairs area (except the kitchen, health regulations bar us from allowing you to use cooking facilities) and overnight use of the four guest rooms. Guest rooms can be used to prepare and dress for your wedding, with the Columbia room bathroom being the most popular for the bride and her party. The amount of room and lighting in this bathroom allows for easy dressing and cosmetologist services.

For the night of your Wedding you have the option of spending the night in the Astoria room. You can allow out of town guests or your wedding party to enjoy a nights stay as well. In the morning you can share stories of the day before with your guests over a gourmet breakfast.

Regardless of the options you choose it is sure to be a wedding that you and your guests will remember fondly.

Includes: Tables, chairs, and white linens, assistance with setup & cleanup, assistance with parking, officiant services, use of entire grounds and house for the entire day after 11am as well as all four guest rooms for up to eight overnight guests, and a gourmet breakfast for them in the morning.

Notes:

• The deposit is equal to the number of room nights (one night is $546 and two is $1092) which holds a particular date with the balance due a week before the wedding. Deposits are non-refundable. If we are able to resell the day of your reservation a refund equal to the amount of the rooms sold will be returned to you less a $120 service charge.
• Check out for any overnight guests is 11am.
• You may arrange a tour of the house and grounds by calling us and making an appointment.
• Inside we are not able to set up tables to have a seated dinner for more than 20 people, but have had several buffet-style reception events for up to 50 people, which work nicely inside.
• The whole house can be rented for extra nights of accommodation at $546 per night (plus tax). This can be handy when you have out of town guests.
